These terms apply to the mobile games and apps (the "Apps") and website published by ("Ravaaan AI", "we", "us"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these terms.
Using our Apps
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on devices you own or control.
- Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Apps, or use them for anything unlawful.
- Do not interfere with ads, in-app systems or other users' enjoyment of the Apps.
Content you create
You keep ownership of content you create or upload with our Apps. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use it and that sharing it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
Purchases and ads
Some Apps show ads or offer in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policies.
Intellectual property
The Apps, including their names, logos, artwork, code and sounds, belong to Ravaaan AI or its licensors and are protected by law.
No warranty
The Apps are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them running well, but we cannot promise they will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Ravaaan AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Apps.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
